MASLA:-
[1] Ezn-e-aam yani aam izazat yani jo bhi muslman 
chahe wah juma padhne aashake aur koi ruk-tuk na ho. Agar masjid mai juma padhne 
ke liye log zama ho jaye aur masjid ka darwaza band kar diya aur darwaza band 
kar ke namaz padhi, to juma ki namaz na hui. (Alamgeeri )
[2] Badshah ne apne makan mai juma kayim kiya , 
aur makan ka darwaza kho diya ke logo ko ane ki izazat hai, to juma ho gaya, fir 
chahe log aye ya na aye. Aur agar darwaza band kar ke juam padhya ya darwaza to 
khula rakhkha lekin darwaze par darban (chawkidaar) ko bitha diya ki logo ko 
apne na de, to juma na huwa. (Alamgeeri, Bahar-e-shariat, hissa no.4 safa no. 
88)
[3] Jis 
jail (karawas) mai musalman kaidi aur mulazemin (karamchari) ho aur us jail mai 
musalman  kaidiyon ro roza rakhne ki aur jamat se namaz padhne ki bhi izazat ho, 
fir bhi waha juma ki namaz kayim nahi ho sakti kyonki juma kayim karne ki shart 
maise ek shart ‘ezn-e-aam’ hai aur jail mai bahar ka adimi namaz padhne nahi ja 
sakta, lihaza jail mai juma kayim nahi ho sakta. Balki juma ke din 
kaidiyon ko jail mai johar ki namaz bhi jamat se padhna zayaz nahi, har shakhsh 
tanha johar ki namaz padhy aur agar jail saher ke had se bahar ho, to kaidi 
johar ki namaz jamaat se padh shakte hai. (Tanvirul Abbas, Fatwa, razviya, jild

[4] Awrato ko masjid mai apne se rokne mai 
izn-e-aam ki shart ke khilaf na hoga balki awrat ko masjid mai apne se  roka 
jaye kyonki awrato ke masjid mai ane se fitna ka khawf hai. (Bahar-e-shariat, 
hissa – 4 safa 88)
[5] Murtad, munafik, gumraha aur bad-akida firke 
ke log, jo baargah-e-risalat sallallaho-ta-ala-alaye-wa-sallam mai gustakhiya 
aur bad-adbiyan karte hai aur bhule-bhale musalmano ko apne dam-e-fareb ( Jaal ) 
mai fasa kar unke imaan tabah karte hai, ayese munafiko ko bhi masjid mai apne 
se rokne mai ezn-e-aam ki shart ki khilaf na hona, balki unko ‘dar-e-zarr’ ke 
liye rokna jarori hai.
HADITH:-
Shahi 
muslim sharif mai hazrat abu-huraira-raziyallaho-ta-ala-anho – se riwayat hai ki 
huzur –akdas sallallaho-ta-ala-alaye-wa-sallam irshad farmate hai ki 
“EYYAKUM-WA-EYYAHUM-LA-YUDILLUNKUM-WALA-YUFTENUNKUM” (tum unse alag raho, unhe 
apne se duur rakho, kahi wo tumhe bahka na de, kahi wo tumhe fitna mai na 
dalde).
Hazrat 
ibn-e-habban ne hazrat abu-huraira ki riwayat mai izafa kiya ki 
“LA-TUSALLU-ALAYEHIM-WALA-TUSALLU-MA’HUM” yani  “unke zanaze ki namaz na padho, 
unke sath namaz na padho”.
MASLA:-
[1] 
“Dur-e-mukhtar mai hai ki “YUMAN-O MINHO-KULLU-MUJIN-WA-LAW-BE-LISANEHI” matlab- 
masjid se har muzi (dukh pahuchane wala) ko roka jaye agarche wo apni zaban se 
hi eza (kasht) pahuchata ho”
[2] “Har muzi ko masjid se nikalna ba:shart 
istata-at wajib hai, agarchhe wo “muzi” shirf jaban se eza deta ho. Khususan 
(vishesta)wo jis ki eza musalmano mai band mazhabi failana, gumraha karna aur 
logo ko sachche deen se bahkana hai.”
[3] “Jo shakhsh masjid mai aakar apni zaban se 
logo ko “eza” (kasht) deta ho, usko masjid se nikalne ka hukum hai kyonki jis 
shakhsh ki wajah se nahaq fitna (jhagda) uthta ho, usse masjid mai ane se rokna 
jarori hai”.
[3] “Dawr-e-hazera (wataman yug) ke munafekin aur 
murtadeen mai wahabi, devbandi, nazadi aur gayer mukallid, kadyani wagayerah 
batil firko ka sumaar hota hai. Jis ki mufassal tafsil (jankari) ayetihasiq 
kitab “HUSSAMUL-HARMAYEN-ALA-MANHRIN-KUFFAR-E-WAL-MAYN” (saal, 113 hizri, praksh 
warsh) mai mazkur hai”.
Note:-
Iss baab (prakarad) mai hadith sharif ke baad jo 
5-masayil pesh kiye gaye hai, un 5- masayil ka hawal (sandarbh) hasb-e-zail 
(nimlikhit) hai.
